摘要
从分析影响转炉余热锅炉炉口部分烟罩寿命的原因着手,结合工程实例从理论和实践上论证了活动烟罩采用强制循环方式,能提高转炉余热锅炉的寿命,使其运行更有保障。并介绍了一种适合强制循环方式的新颖的活动烟罩和烟罩密封形式,推荐了一种活动烟罩管道柔性连接件。
The paper begins with analysis of the causes which affect service life of petticoat pipe in converter waste heat boiler furnace mouth,by combining with engineering cases,demonstrates theoretically and practically that moving petticoat pipe using forced circulation way can raise service life of converter waste heat boiler and guarantee more effective operation.A new type of moving petticoat pipe structure and petticoat pipe seal which fit for forced circulation way is introduced.A kind of flexible fastening of moving petticoat pipe is also recommended.
