摘要
从分析影响转炉汽化冷却烟道、活动烟罩寿命的原因及烟罩水封积渣等着手 ,结合工程实际从理论和时间上论证了改变水循环方式的优越性 ,通过加大水封行程 ,能更好地从系统和结构上采取有效措施 ,提高转炉余热锅炉的寿命 ,使其运行更有保障。
The paper analyzed reasons that influenced the service life of vaporiz ing cooling flue and movable cover,and sediment in water bosh,by combining pract ices in engineering,demonstrated the superiority of improving water circulation from theory and time.By raising water bosh efficiency,effective measures could b e taken systematically and structurally to raise the service life of waste heat boiler in converter,and ensure its run.
