转炉汽化冷却烟道破损因素分析及改进措施 被引量:5

摘要 分析了周期性交变热应力、水循环不均匀、水质、结渣、炉尘冲刷等因素对转炉汽化冷却烟道的影响,并提出通过保持自然循环最小流量、严格控制补给水水质、合理控制烟气流速、改善水冷管材质、完善烟道结构设计,以及开展汽化冷却烟道烟道破损机理研究,优化水冷管相关参数等有效改进措施,提高转炉汽化冷却烟道寿命。 The effect of the factors, such as cycled alternating thermal stress, uneven water cycle, water quality, slagging, furnace dust flushing and so on, on the lifetime of converter vaporization cooling flue was analyzed, and the measurements were put forward to improve the lifetime of converter vaporization cooling flue, such as keeping the minimum natural cycle flow, strictly controlling the water quality, reasonably controlling the gas flow rate of flue, improving the material of water-cooled pipe, improving the structure design of flue and carrying out the broken mechanism research of vaporization cooling flue, optimizing the relevant parameters of the cooling tube.
