摘要
电子汽车衡被广泛应用于港口、机场、物资仓储、工矿企业等大宗载重货物车辆的称重计量和贸易结算。提出了一种基于CANopen的电子汽车衡的设计方案,介绍了数字式电子汽车衡的系统结构、电气原理构成,及CANopen网络通讯、电子汽车衡系统中Canopen总线的智能诊断功能。
The electronic truck scale is widely used in weighing load trucks for ports, airports, warehouse, industrial and mining enterprises and other bulk goods transportation fields. A CANopen-based electronic truck scale is designed in this paper. The structure, electrical principle and the CANopen network communication of this digital electronic truck scale system are introduced, and the intelligent diagnostic functions of Canopen bus in electronic truck scale system are presented too.
