摘要
结合某印染厂的技术改造,提出了基于CANopen协议的印染车间分布式控制系统;介绍了CANopen协议,采用MC9S12XDP512微控制器构建了CANopen从站;利用SDO实现了节点的工艺参数和工作模式的配置,PDO完成了工艺参数的实时传送;同时采用双核机制实现了现场工艺控制与数据传递的流程控制;并利用实例,验证了该系统完全能满足染色工艺过程的控制需要。
This paper proposes a distributed control system for dyeing workshop based on CANopen protocol,as part of the technological innovation of a Dyeing Plant;The CANopen protocol is introduced,and a CANopen slave node is designed with the MC9S12XDP512 micro-controller;The parameters and operating modes are configurated through SDO,and the real-time process data are transmitted through PDO;Meanwhile a flow of on-site process control and data transmission is achieved by dual-core system;The design is verified to be able to meet the needs in dyeing process control by an application instance.
