摘要
分别收集10批金银花饮片并制备10批金银花现代饮片,采用RP-HPLC指纹图谱技术,对其进行指纹图谱研究,并建立共有模式,同时,采用"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"对所得图谱进行相似度分析.结果表明:金银花饮片和金银花现代饮片所测定的色谱图中,指纹图谱共有峰均有9个,各组分得到很好的分离,相似度评价均大于0.90;金银花饮片和金银花现代饮片指纹图谱之间无明显差异,品质基本一致.
RP-HPLC fingerprint technology was adopted to study the two kinds of fingerprints in which 10 groups of traditional decoction pieces were collected and made into 10 groups of modem ones respectively and to establish a common mode. Similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM was utilized to analyze the similarity of the obtained fingerprints. The findings show that there are 9 conmlon peaks which are well separated in the two chromatograms and the similarity is larger than 0.90. It is con- eluded that there is no significant difference between the fingerprints of traditional decoction pieces and modem decoction oieces of Loniceme Jaoonicae Flos, whose qualities are basically equivalent.
