摘要
目的通过建立HPLC指纹图谱,对金银花与山银花的化学成分进行比较研究。方法 Kromasil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.4%的磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长:238 nm,柱温:30℃,流速:1 mL/min。结果建立了金银花与山银花的高效液相指纹图谱,发现成分的相对含量有明显差异。结论利用HPLC指纹图谱可较全面的反映金银花与山银花间的差异。
Objective To compare the Lonicera Japonica and Lonicera confusa DC.by establishing HPLC fingerprint.Method The sample was performed on a Kromasil C18（4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm）,acetonitril（A）-0.4% H3PO4（B） was used as mobile phase with gradient elution,the flow rate,column temperature and detection wavelength 1.0 mL/min,30 ℃ and 238 nm.Result The HPLC-fingerprint profiles of Lonicera Japonica and Lonicera confusa DC.were established,found their contents of samples were different significantly.Conclusion HPLC fingerprint profiles can reflex the difference between Lonicera Japonica and Lonicera confusa DC.
