摘要
研究了选煤厂的粉尘特点和来源,介绍了当前主要除尘设备的优劣势,通过实测某封闭式选煤车间的除尘设备系统,总结了除尘设备系统存在的问题,分析了相关数据并制定了对应解决方案。通过实践表明,封闭车间配套高效滤筒除尘器可有效降低选煤厂起尘量,能极大地改善选煤厂作业环境。
The dust features and sources in coal preparation workshop were researched,and the merits and demerits of current dust-cleaning equipments were introduced.The dust-cleaning equipment in a closed coal preparation workshop was checked,the existing problems were conclu-ded,and the corresponding solutions were determined after analyzing the related data.The prac-tice showed that the dust amout was decreased in close coal preparation workshop by high-effi-cient ventilation and dust-cleaning system,improving the surrounding environment of coal yard.
