摘要
基于对从饲料、渔药等原材料的生产,到水产品的养殖,再到水产品的捕捞、加工、储运、流通和消费等整个水产品供应链的角度,结合对河北省部分海水养殖、淡水养殖、水产加工、储运及流通单位的调研,探寻当前影响河北省水产品质量安全的因素,找出存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出相关的对策建议,以期对提高河北省水产品质量安全提供参考和帮助。
From the perspective of the whole supply chain of aquatic products, the paper consid- ered the production of raw materials such as fishery drugs and feeds, the breeding of aquatic pri- ducts, as well as the fishing, pricessing, storage, distribution and consumption of the aquatic products. According to the investigation about some marine aquaculture, freshwater aquacul- turre, aquatic product processing, storage and distribution in Hebei province, the factors which influence the quality and safety of aquatic products were explored, and the main problems could be identiified. In the light of these problems, relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference and help to improve the quality and safety of aquatic products in He- bei province.
