摘要
随着我国水产品生产与贸易量不断增加,水产品供应链风险日益突出。文中将水产品供应链中存在的风险因素进行分类,在问卷调查的基础上,采用AHP法计算出影响较大的风险要素,包括质量风险和信息风险,进而从政府、行业和企业三个层面提出水产品供应链的安全保障机制。
Along with the production and trade volume of aquatic products in China increasing, the risks in aquatic product supply chain appear in a rising trend. This paper classifies the risk factors in aquatic product supply chain, sums up the key risk factors by AHP including quality risk and information risk on the basis of the questionnaire survey, and then puts forward the security mechanism of aquatic product supply chain from the three aspects of government level, industry level and enterprise level.
