“以生为本”实践教学评价方法的实践与应用

摘要 目的:比较分析学生、教师、督导三方对教师实践教学质量的评价结果,从中发现问题,为完善教学评价提供借鉴。方法:采用自设评价标准对10名教师实践教学设计讲授进行三方评价,对得分进行比较。结果:对10名教师中7名教师的评价基本一致,对3名教师的评价存在较大差距。结论:学生和教师参与教学质量评价,有利于调动学生和教师广泛参与教学、关心教学的积极性,有利于促进各项教学改革的顺利开展,有利于提高学生的主体意识和评判性思维能力。 Objective: To compare and analyze the evaluation results of students, teachers and supervisors about practice teaching quality. The aim is to find the problems and provide references for improving the teaching evaluation. Methods: Self-designed evaluation standard was applied to evaluate ten teachers' design and teaching practice, and then the scores were compared. Results: The evaluation on seven teachers of ten is basically consistent; three of them are obviously different. Conclusion: The participation of students and teachers, who took part in the teaching quality evaluation, can widely arouse the enthusiasm of students and teachers in their learning and teaching, promote teaching reform and improve students' critical thinking abihty.
