摘要
目的探讨角膜切口的周边虹膜切除术治疗青光眼的临床效果。方法回顾性总结经3月～9年随访的经角膜切口进行周边虹膜切除术556例（756眼）的治疗效果。手术方法是：先以尖的剃须刀片，在11点位角膜缘内1mm处做1．5mm切口，自此切口进行周边虹膜切除术。术后观察眼压控制情况、房角粘连及视野的变化。结果756眼随访3个月至9年，平均（2．13±3．24）年，眼压被成功控制，前房角及视野无明显变化。结论角膜切口周边虹膜切除术是治疗青光眼的有效术式。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of peripheral iridectomy through corneal incision for the treatment of glaucoma. Methods Retrospective case series of 556 patients （756 eyes） who had accepted peripheral iridectomy through corneal incision for the treatment of glaucoma in our hospital were analyzed. The follow-up was from 3 months to 9 years. The 1.5mm incision was done at the 11 o＇clock tras- parent cornea within limbus with sharp razor-blade, the peripheral iridectomy was done through that incision. The intraocular pressure （IOP） , visual field and adhesion of anterior chamber angle were observed. Results After following-up from three months to nine years, averagely （2. 134 -3.24） years, the lOP were successfully controlled in 756 eyes, no significant change in anterior chamber angle or visual field occurred. Conclusion The peripheral iridectomy through corneal incision is an effective treatment for glaucoma.
