胃癌组织中CD44v6、VEGF、PTEN的表达与临床意义 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨胃癌组织中CD44v6、VEGF、PTEN的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学(免疫组化)方法检测85例胃癌组织中的CD44v6、VEGF、PTEN表达情况。结果 85例胃癌组织中CD44v6、VEGF和PTEN的阳性表达率分别为72.94%、49.41%和56.47%,有无淋巴结转移及不同临床分期之间CD44v6、VEGF、PTEN阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),肿瘤细胞不同分化程度之间CD44v6、PTEN的阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CD44v6与VEGF之间的阳性表达呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.2664),CD44v6、VEGF与PTEN呈负相关(P<0.01,r=-0.4044;P<0.01,r=-0.3189)。结论胃癌组织中CD44v6、VEGF和PTEN的表达与胃癌细胞分化、浸润和转移有着密切关系,CD44v6、VEGF过度表达和PTEN低表达预示着淋巴结转移,CD44v6、VEGF和PTEN免疫组化检测对评估胃癌预后具有重要意义。 Objective To explore the expression and clinical significance of CD44v6,PTEN and VEGF of gastric adenocarcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of CD44v6,PTEN and VEGF proteins in 85 patients with gastric adenocarcinoma.Results The expression rate of CD44v6,PTEN and VEGF in gastric adenocarcinoma were 72.94%,49.41% and 56.47% respectively.The expression rate of CD44v6,PTEN and VEGF were significantly associated with lymph node metastases and TNM stages(P0.05).The expressional levels of CD44v6,PTEN were closely related to the degree of cell differentiation of gastric adenocarcinoma(P0.05).The expressions of CD44v6 and VEGF were positively correlated(P0.05,r=0.2664),but the expressions of CD44v6 and VEGF were negatively correlated with that of PTEN in gastric carcinoma(P0.01,r=-0.4044 and P0.01,r=-0.3189).Conclusion CD44v6,PTEN and VEGF protein expressions are closely associated with the degree of cell differentiation,invasion in gastric carcinoma.Overexpression of CD44v6,VEGF and poor expression of PTEN may be a useful predictor of lymph node metastasis.CD44v6,PTEN and VEGF protein expression may be a biological marker of prognostic significance in gastric carcinoma.
