摘要
目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶2、9(MMP-2、9)检测在胃癌患者诊治中的意义。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测51例胃癌患者,31例健康者血清中的MMP-2和MMP-9的含量。结果胃癌患者血清中和MMP-9的含量明显高于健康者;胃癌患者血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的含量与胃癌的临床分期及预后明显相关,而与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小及分化程度无关;血清中MMP-2和MMP-9存在相关性;手术前后胃癌患者血清中MMP-2和MMP-9的含量具有显著性差异。结论检测血清中MMP-2、MMP-9的浓度对胃癌的诊断、治疗、预后评估及监测病情的进展有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the level and clinical significance of matrix metalloproteinase-2,9 （ MMP-2,9 ） in plasma of patients with gastric cance. Methods Plasma level of matrixmetalloproteinase-2,9 was detected in 51 patients with gastric cancer and 31 normal peoples by ABC-ELISA method. Results The level of MMP-2,9 in plasma of gastric cancer group was higher than normal group ; The lever of MMP-2,9 in gastric cancer patients＇plasma was correlated with stage and prognosis, but no correlation with the sex, age, size of tumour and degrees of differentiation;Preoperative and postoperative levles of MMP-2,9 in plasma of gastric cancer group were obviously different; The lever of between MMP-2,9 in plasma of gastric cancer group also had some correlation. Conclusion It is important to detect serum MMP-2, MMP-9 concentration of gastric cancer diagnosis, treatment, prognosis and monitoring the progress of the disease.
