摘要
研究了St14钢的双相处理工艺、双相组织、力学性能 成形极限图及实冲情况。结果表明 ,通过在 (α+γ)两相区温度加热的淬火处理获得了铁素体加马氏体的双相钢钢板 。
The intercritical treatment process,the dual phase microstructure,mechanical property,forming limit diagram(FLD)and product stamping of St14 dual phase steels were studied.It revealed that this kind of steel could obtained dual phase structure of ferrite+martensite by the treatment of quenching after heating within temperature range of (α+γ) phase,and the steel sheet owned a good forming ability.
