摘要
20MnSi钢经不同双相处理得到的铁素体和马氏体复相组织,具有比常规处理高10%以上的强塑积,且对高温回大脆性有抑制作用,其中马氏体一针状铁索体复相组织可以达到完全抑制的水平。
Through three different dual-phase heat treatments to 20MnSi steel,the duplex ferrite-martensite structure was achieved. The product of the plastics and strength was 10% higher than that obtained by normal heat treatment. The different duplex structures could'suppress the high temperature tempering brittleness to any great degree, among them the structure of needle ferrite-martensite did it entriely.
