摘要
以汽车单向器导向筒内螺旋花键为研制对象 ,对内螺旋花键的径向挤压工艺进行了研究 ,设计了1副适合于导向筒内螺旋花键径向成形的挤压模。
The internal thread spline of the guide bush of the monodirectional device of automobiles was taken as an object for research and manufacture. The radial extrusion technological process of the internal thread spline was studied and a set of extrusion mould suitable for the forming of the internal thread spline in the guide bush.
