摘要
介绍了冷挤花键轴自由缩径成形方法,并将其和镦挤成形方法进行了比较;给出了用于判断花键轴能否进行自由缩径成形的经验判别公式,推荐了凹模结构的几个关键参数。
A method about free contractive diameter has been introducted and compared with upset extrusion.Empiri-cal formula to estimate the extrusive limitation of free con-tractive diameter has been made and validated in practice with45#steel used and several critical parameters recom-mended.
