摘要
采用RGB活性染料对棉机织物进行轧染染色.将微悬浮体染色工艺(MSD)与传统工艺进行对比,探讨了微悬浮体助剂、尿素、JFC用量对染色样品表观深度及色牢度的影响,确定了MSD工艺较传统工艺可节约的染料量.结果表明,加入微悬浮体助剂后,织物的最终得色量增大,得色更均匀.与传统工艺所染样品表观深度相当的情况下,MSD工艺可节约10%~20%的染料量,从而降低了染色废水中的染料量,减轻了污水处理负担.
The present project uses RGB reactive dyes in the padding of woven cotton fabrics. Comparing micro- suspended dyeing(MSD) with conventional dyeing process, the effect on color depth and color fastness that the respective usage of micro-suspended agent, urea and JFC are discussed. And the dyes usage that MSD can be saved compared with conventional dyeing process. The results show that the fabrics can get more dyes usage after adding the micro-suspended agent,and MSD can save 10%-20% dyes usage in the situation that having the com- parative surface color depth. Thus the content of dyes in dying waste water and the burden dealing with sewage can be reduced.
