摘要
采用C ibacron LS系列活性染料微悬浮体染色工艺,对大豆蛋白纤维染色性能进行研究。研究采用微悬浮体化助剂ZX以提高染色效果,并确定其最佳用量为染料用量的1.2倍。比较微悬浮体染色与传统染色工艺的结果表明,前者可提高染料对纤维的上染率和固色率,且染品的鲜艳度有所提高。
Dyeing process with Cibacron LS dyestuffs of soybean fiber is carried out in a micro-suspension system. ZX agent is added to improve the dyeing results, its optimum amount is 1,2 times of the dyes. Compared with traditional dyeing process, the micro-suspension dyeing process features enhanced dye uptake and fixation, as well as brighter shade.
