摘要
采用Lanasol系列染料以微悬浮体染色工艺对丝光羊毛进行染色.比较了微悬浮体染色和常规染色工艺Lanasol染料对丝光羊毛纤维的染色性能以及染品的损伤程度.结果表明,采用微悬浮体染色工艺,在保证匀染和透染的前提下,能显著缩短丝光羊毛的染色时间,减少纤维在染色过程中所受的损伤,节约能源,而且染色样品色泽鲜艳,色牢度均与常规染色样品相当.
The micro-suspension dyeing technique was employed in the chlorinated wool dyeing with Lanasol dyestuffs. The comparison between the micro-suspension dyeing and the traditional dyeing was made concerning dyeing property of the chlorinated wool and damage to the fiber. The dyeing cycle was significantly reduced in the micro-suspension dyeing system. Therefore the damage to the fiber in the dyeing process was alleviated and the energy was saved. In addition, the brilliancy of samples was superior to those obtained in the traditional process,and each fastness of dyeing sample stands as it is used to be.
