摘要
教育改革的困境与不尽如人意主要并不在于缺乏清晰而有说服力的改革蓝图,也不在于缺少懂得如何操作改革过程的教育精英,而在于教育所处的整个社会生态格局的复杂性,被围困其中的教育如果仅从自身完成彻底意义上的蜕变几无可能。其中社会阶层的分化趋势、社会阶层的结构固化、社会阶层的微观政治所形成的阶层生态格局对教育改革的内容、方向、立场与合法性构成了威胁,并形成了以单位保护、家庭投入、总体精英、关系资本等围困教育改革的路径,使得教育改革过程处处充满张力。
Educational reform is difficult and unsatisfactory currently.And the major reason is not lack of clear and convincing blueprint for reform or the elites who know how to operate the reform process,but the complexity of the whole social eco-pattern in which the education is besieged.So it is almost impossible for education to transform completely only by itself.In the whole social eco-pattern,the stratum eco-pattern is formed by the stratification tendency,the structure solidifying and the micro-politics of social class.It's the stratum eco-pattern that poses the threat to the content,direction,stand and legitimacy of educational reform.Meanwhile,it forms the routes besieging the reform,such as the unit protection,the family investment,the overall elites,and the relational capital,etc,which make the process of educational reform full of tension everywhere.
