微创锁定加压钢板技术与传统手术治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察微创锁定加压钢板(LCP)技术与传统手术切开复位钢板内固定治疗胫骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:胫骨远端骨折患者72例随机分为治疗组与对照组各36例,治疗组采用LCP技术治疗,对照组采用传统手术切开复位钢板内固定治疗。结果:2组病例平均随访12个月,对照组骨折临床愈合时间为19.5±1.9周,治疗组为16.2±2.1周。根据AOFAS踝关节治疗组的满意率为94.4%,对照组为77.8%。结论:应用LCP技术治疗胫骨远端骨折具有临床愈合时间短、术后患肢踝关节功能恢复情况较好等优点,值得推广应用。 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of minimally invasive locking compression plate(LCP) technology and traditional surgical open reduction and plate internal fixation of distal tibial fractures.Method :Distal tibial fractures 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 36 cases using the LCP,and control group 36 cases using the traditional surgical open reduction and plate internal fixation.Results:2 groups patients average follow-up 12 months,control group fracture healing time(19.5±1.9) weeks,treatment group fracture healing time was(16.2±2.1) weeks.According to The AOFAS ankle scoring system based on the evaluation function: Take fine as the satisfactory standard,the treatment group's the satisfaction rate was 94.4%.the control group's satisfaction rate was 77.8%.Conclusion:The distal tibial fractures treatment with LCP have a short healing time,recovery of limb ankle is better than other,etc.The LCP should be deserved abroad application to treat the distal tibial fractures.
