摘要
目的:探讨微创经皮钢板植入术(MIPPO)与切开复位内固定术治疗胫骨远端骨折的效果。方法:收治胫骨远端骨折患者102例,随机分为研究组和对照组,各51例。研究组予以MIPPO治疗;对照组予以切开复位内固定术。结果:研究组骨折愈合优秀30例,良好18例,优良率94.12%,显著优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后3周、6周、9周、12周踝关节功能评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在符合手术指征的前提下,MIPPO技术应用于胫骨远端骨折治疗中,骨折愈合质量更高,踝关节功能恢复更快,预后更好。
Objective：To investigate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate implantation and open reduction and internal fixation for the treatment of distal tibial fractures.Methods：102 cases of distal tibial fractures were treated.They were divided into the study group and the control group,with 51 cases in each group.The study group were treated with MIPPO,and the control group were treated with open reduction and internal fixation.Results：The fracture healing in the study group was excellent in 30 cases and good in 18 cases,and the excellent and good rate was 94.12%,which was significantly better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.The ankle function scores in the study group at the 3 weeks,6 weeks,9 weeks and 12 weeks after the operation were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Under the premise of meeting the indications of operation,the application of MIPPO technology in the treatment of distal tibial fractures has higher quality of fracture healing,faster recovery of ankle function and better prognosis.
