摘要
目的:观察多虑平联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合症的临床疗效。方法:临床收集184例肠易激综合症患者,随机分成两组,对照组90例,在基础治疗上加用马来酸曲美布汀0.1g,3次/日;治疗组94例,在对照组治疗方法的基础上加用多虑平12.5mg,每晚一次,疗程均为4周。结果:本研究将多虑平联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合症,总有效率达到92.2%,与对照组的总有效率相比具有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:本研究提示虑平联合马来酸曲美布汀治疗肠易激综合症是非常安全有效的,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To study the therapeutic effects of doxepin combined with trimebutine maleate on patients with irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）.Methods One hundred and eighty-four patients with IBS were randomly divided into the control group（n=90） and the treatment group（n= 94） .The former only received trimebutine maleate and the latter received doxepin combined with trimebutine maleate in a 4-week treatment period. Results After the therapy finished,the total efficacy of treatment group was 92.2% ,and there were marked difference between two groups in the total efficacy ratio （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of doxepin combined with trimebutine maleate on patients with irritable bowel syndrome is a safe and effective method,and it＇s worth to extend and apply in the clinic .
