摘要
目的探讨医院感染报告缺陷原因及预防对策。方法医院感染相关人员对2009-2010年的出院病历及住院患者进行调查,统计医院感染报告缺陷的构成,分析报告缺陷原因。结果共调查2460份出院病历及280例住院患者,发生医院感染110例次,感染例次率为4.0%;临床科室正确报告80例次,占72.7%,报告缺陷30例次占27.3%,包括:漏报13例次、错报10例次,报告不全7例次。结论医院感染报告缺陷发生率较高,与医院感染认识不充分、诊断标准把握不准确、人员培训不足有关,应加强医院感染相关知识的宣传与培训、实行岗位责任制加强管理力度、改进工作流程,以提高报告的准确率。
OBJECTIVE To explore the causes of defects of hospital infection report and preventive countermeasures.METHODS The discharge records and hospitalized patients from 2009 to 2010 were investigated by personnels engaged in hospital infections.Statistical analysis of the composition and the causes of defects of hospital infection were performed.RESULTS A total of 2460 discharge records and 280 hospitalized patients were investigated.Hospital infections occurred in 110 case-times（4.0%）;the correct reports in clinical departments were 80 case-times（72.7%）,and report defects were 30 case-times（27.3%）,including 13 case-times of omitted reports,10 case-times of misreports and 7 case-times of incomplete reports.CONCLUSION A high incidence of defects of hospital infection report is related to insufficient awareness of hospital infections,inaccurate understanding of diagnostic standard and inadequate personnel training;we should improve the accuracy of the hospital infection report by strengthening propaganda of knowledge and training,implementing post responsibility system to strengthen management and improving the workflows.
