摘要
目的探讨医院感染报病工作中错报的原因。方法对183例错报的医院感染病例进行原因分析,采取前瞻性病例调查的方法,深入临床查阅病历。结果对医院感染发生时间界定不清、诊断标准掌握不准、临床培训力度不足等因素是造成医院感染错报的主要原因。结论通过实施专题学习培训、医院感染专职人员深入病房与临床医生加强交流和信息反馈等措施,可减少医院感染病例错报,提高医院感染诊断水平及工作效率。
OBJECTIVE To discuss the reasons of causing mistakes in the nosocomial infection reports. METHODS We collected 183 cases with inaccurate reports and analyzed them by the prospective method. RESULTS The major reasons of causing the inaccurate nosocomial infection reports were the ill-defined infection time, inaccurate diagnostic standard, and the lack of clinic training. CONCLUSIONS ~t can reduce the inaccurate nosocomial infection reports, advance the level of nosocomical infection diagnosis, and improve the work efficiency through special training, in paralleling with the manager of nosocomial infection going deep into sickroom and communicating with clinicians.
