21世纪图书馆发展进程中所需的人才是具有多学科知识、具有较高的外语水平、掌握现代化信息技术和具有开拓性、创造性精神的高层次人才。本文探讨了目前图书馆人才资源现状、图书馆人才业务素质和文化素质要求,以及图书馆人才队伍建设的有效措施。
Person with ability of libraries in 21st century should be high—level talents is that mastering multidisciplinary knowledge, possessing upper foreign language ability, gripping modem information technology, taking on specialism ability and creativity.
