摘要
通过对陕西高职院校的调研,分析图书馆人员队伍的整体情况及不同类型高职院校图书馆人员队伍的现状,剖析直属高职、行业高职、地市高职和民办高职馆员队伍差异的原因,在此基础上提出构建高职院校图书馆人员队伍的策略。
Through the investigation of the higher vocational colleges in Shaanxi Province, the authors analyze the whole situation of the library staff and the present situation of the library staff in different types of higher vocational colleges. They also analyze the causes of the differences between different types of higher vocational colleges. Based on this, they put forward strategies for developing the library staff of higher vocational colleges.
