摘要
目的探讨酒精摄入对家兔化妆品刺激性接触性皮炎严重程度的影响。方法 20只家兔随机分为对照组,6mL/kg,8mL/kg,10mL/kg,12mL/kg酒精灌胃组,实验前1d于实验部位脱毛后涂抹市售烫发液,封包固定后灌胃,实验结束后用温水清除残留烫发液,于除去烫发液后1h,24h,48h和72h观察涂抹部位皮肤反应,对每只家兔进行皮肤反应评分。结果不同浓度的酒精灌胃组与对照组评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而酒精灌胃不同浓度的4组评分之间互相比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。表明饮酒后家兔的皮肤对同一种化妆品的刺激作用与未饮酒时表现出的程度不同。结论摄入酒精后同一种化妆品对家兔皮肤的刺激程度不同,提示机体内环境的变化对化妆品接触性皮炎的发生有重要影响。
Objective To explore the effect of alcohol on the irritabilities of cosmetics to rabbits skin. Methods Twenty rabbits were randomly divided into 4 groups：the alcohol groups A,B and C and control group. Rabbits were fed by alcohol of 6,8,10 and 12 （mL/kg）,respectively. Lotion of hair perm was smeared on the depilation area one day before experiment. Gastric perfusion was administrated after occlusive treatment. The skin re- action grade was obtained at l h,24h,d8h and 72h after the left hair perm was removed by warm water,re- spectively. Results The score different concentrations of alcohol groups and control group has statistical significance （P 〈 0.05） and it has no statistical significance in the different concentrations of alcohol groups（P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The impact of alcohol on irritability of rabbits skin to sosmetics was different,which suggested the inner environment of the body has important influence on the incidence of cosmetic dermatitis.
