晚期结直肠癌外科治疗策略的思考 被引量：9

摘要 晚期结直肠癌目前国内外尚无明确定义。依据国内外文献报道、多年实践经验及与相关学者交流，笔者总结归纳认为，晚期结直肠癌应包含局部晚期和全身晚期2种类型。所谓局部晚期，是指肿瘤穿透肠壁全层侵及邻近组织器官，需行联合脏器切除者，这其中包含可切除和不可切除2种情况，可切除又包含受累器官为癌性浸润和炎性浸润2种类型，
