局部晚期大肠癌的治疗现状 被引量：1

摘要 1局部晚期大肠癌的定义 对于局部晚期大肠癌的定义,目前仍存在争议。2009年的AJCC分期并没有明确提出局部晚期这一概念,只是根据肿瘤的病变范围及预后的不同,将T4细分为T4a和T4b,T4b的具体描述为：肿瘤直接侵犯或组织病理查见肿瘤细胞侵润至其它器官或结构。
