摘要
晚期结直肠癌在结直肠癌病人中占有较高比例,联合脏器切除手术是其惟一可能治愈的手段,R0切除是这类手术的核心,需要严格遵守手术适应证。多学科综合治疗模式是保证晚期结直肠癌病人获得最佳治疗的根本,已成为晚期结直肠癌治疗的标准模式。
There is a large proportion of eoloreetal cancer patients with advanced stage in China. Muhivisceral resection is the only way to treat colorectal cancer patients with advanced stage. The core principle of surgery is RO resection. It is important to follow the indication strictly. MDT model is the best guarantee to obtain fundamental in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer patients, which has become the standard mode in the treatment of advanced colorectal cancer.
