摘要
通过对反应温度、氧化剂用量及添加剂的筛选,找出了一个成本低、产率高和产品质量好的由黄樟油素合成洋苿莉醛的方法。在实验室试验中洋茉莉醛产率可达59％,中间试验产率为57％。
A low cost high yield and good quatity synthes is psocess of heliotrohine from safrole was found through the experiment of reaction temperature, oxidizing agents and additives. The yield of heliotropine is 59% in laboratory test and more than 57% in pilot plan test.
