摘要
以(RCp_2TiCl_2/i-PrMgBr体系催化黄樟油素异构化,得到了高收率、高选择性的反式异黄樟油素,从而提供了一种新的异黄樟油素的合成方法。详细研究了影响反应的各种因素。通过ESR等手段对反应机理进行了探索并提出了设想。
The isomerization of safrole catalyzed by (RCp)2TiCl2/i-PrMgBr system was studied and frans-isosafrole was obtained with high yield and high selectivity, thus, a new synthetic method of isosafrole was suggested. Various factors,such as solvent,reaction temperature, catalyst amount and R group in (RCp)2TiCl2, affecting the safrole isomerization were studied and discussed.The reaction mechanism was tracked by ESR method and a tentative mechanism was proposed.
