摘要
目的:探讨人性化护理在新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)中的应用。方法:选取2010年9月至2011年3月NICU收治的278例患儿为研究对象,同时回顾性分析2010年2月至2010年8月的256例患儿,对不同护理方法下的患儿死亡率及住院时间进行统计学比较。结果:人性化护理在NICU护理工作中收效显著,患儿死亡率低至1.08%(3/278),且平均住院时间显著较应用人性化护理之前为短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理用于NICU护理工作,可显著提高患儿治愈率,缩短住院时间,减少医院感染等并发症,提升整体护理质量。
Objective： To discuss the application of humanistic nursing in neonatal intensive care unit（NICU）.Method： 278 children admitted into NICU from Sep.2010 to Mar.2011 were selected,while 256 children from Feb.2010 to Aug.2010 were reviewed.The mortality and hospital stay were compared between two groups.Result： Humanistic nursing had an outstanding effect on the nursing in NICU;the mortality was as low as 1.08%（3/278）,and the average hospital stay was significantly shorter than that before the application of humanistic nursing.There was statistical difference between the two groups（P0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing in NICU significantly decreases the mortality,shortens the hospital stay and reduces complications such as hospital infection,improving the overall nursing quality.
