摘要
目的 描述早产儿父母的需求状况和最为重要的需求内容;比较早产儿父亲和母亲需求情况的异同;探讨早产儿父母需求的影响因素。方法 采用非实验设计的描述性研究方法,应用 CCFNI需求量表调查早产儿父母的需求状况。结果 早产儿父母总的需求程度较高;早产儿母亲的需求程度高于父亲,母亲更需要获得支持和可信赖的信息,更希望接近子女;早产儿父母的需求与父母的性别、母亲的分娩次数和早产儿入院体重呈正相关。结论 临床工作者应以家庭为单位对早产儿进行护理。
Objective To investigate the needs status of prematures' parents and what they need most,compare the differences between preterm infants' fathers and mothers,discuss the influential factors in needs.Methods Non-experimental descriptive study was used in this study. From January to December 2003, 220 prematures' parents participanted in the investigation of CCFNI questionnaires.Results The need for assurance and anxiety reduction were more remarkable, the need for proximity and accessibility as well as the need for information were important.There was positive correlation between parents needs and sex,mothers' delivery times,prematures' weight .Conclusions The scope of nursing care should be extended to family,and clinical staff should consider the needs of infants' parents.
