摘要
目的探讨新生儿监护病房的人性化护理方式与护理效果。方法选取2015年7月—2017年1月我院新生儿监护病房接收的94例患儿作为本次研究对象,把患儿随机分为对照组与研究组,对照组应用新生儿监护病房常规护理,研究组在此基础上应用人性化护理,比较两组患儿护理效果。结果研究组47例患儿中,喂养不耐受1例,呼吸暂停1例,臀红2例,并发症发生率是8.5%;对照组47例患儿中,喂养不耐受3例,呼吸暂停2例,继发感染2例,臀红5例,并发症发生率是25.5%。比较两组患儿并发症的发生情况,研究组少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.821,P=0.028)。结论在新生儿监护病房的常规护理中应用人性化护理能够获得良好护理效果,可减少患儿并发症的发生。
Objective To explore the nursing effect of humanized nursing in neonatal intensive care unit. Methods A total of 94 children received from neonatal care ward in our hospital from July 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the subjects. The children were randomly divided into control group and study group. The control group applied the neonatal intensive care unit, on the basis, the study group applied humanized nursing, nursing effect of the two groups of children were compared. Results In the study group of 47 cases, 1 case had feeding intolerance, 1 case had apnea, 2 cases had hip redness, the incidence of complications was 8.5%; in the control group of 47 cases, 3 cases had had feeding intolerance, 2 cases had apnea, 2 cases had secondary infection, 5 cases had hip redness, the incidence of complications was 25.5%. The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than in the control group （x2=4.821, P=0.028）. Conclusion The application of human nursing in the routine nursing of neonatal intensive care unit can obtain good nursing effect, which can obviously reduce the incidence of complications in children and deserve clinical promotion.
