摘要
目的探讨显微镜下应用CO2激光治疗喉癌前病变的临床疗效。方法 76例喉癌前病变患者被纳入研究,均在全麻下行显微支撑喉镜下CO2激光手术治疗,术后随访1.5年。结果发音改善满意无复发者65例(85.5%),复发10例(13.2%),1例失访。复发者均重行CO2激光手术,术后无复发。结论显微镜下应用CO2激光治疗喉癌前病变,具有疗效显著,创伤小,术后嗓音恢复快、不易复发等优点,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of CO2 laser in treatment of laryngeal precancerous lesions under the micro-laryngoscope.Methods 76 patients with laryngeal precancerous lesions were treated with CO2 laser surgery under the micro-laryngoscope after general anesthesia,and followed up for 1.5 years.Results 65 cases of relapse-free pronunciation improve satisfaction（85.5%）,10 patients relapsed（13.2%）,1 patient was lost;relapsed patients were re-line CO2 laser surgery,no recurrence.Conclusion Under the micro-laryngoscope,CO2 laser has a significant effect,trauma,postoperative voice and rapid recovery,less recurrence,etc.in treatment of laryngeal precancerous lesions,is worthy of clinical application.
