摘要
目的探讨CO2激光喉显微手术(CO2laser endolaryngeal microsurgery,CO2-LELM)治疗声带息肉的手术方式及其疗效。方法全麻插管支撑喉镜下,对200例声带息肉在喉显微镜辅助下,用CO2激光分别对病变组织切割、气化予以摘除。结果所有患者均一次切除病变,术后无1例出现呼吸困难、出血等并发症。结论喉显微镜下CO2激光手术是治疗声带息肉的有效方法,具有痛苦小、反应轻、恢复快、复发率低的优点。
Objective To investigate the surgical methods and the effects of CO2 laser endolaryngeal microsurgery（CO2-LELM） on voealeordpolyps.Methods Two hundred patients with voealeordpolyps were treated with CO2 laser with the aid of microsurgery and stent laryngoscope were retrospectively analyzed.Results All voealeordpolyps were removed at one time without serious complications.Conclusion CO2-LELM is an effective method for the voealeordpolyps with less pain,lower reaction,faster recovery and lower recurrence rate.
