摘要
和谐是校园稳定的基础,是校园文化的精髓,也是新时期高校文化建设的核心。高校以教师为主导、学生为主体的管理教育模式,决定了必须在加强高校教育教学管理工作中增强学生的人文素养,促进学生的全面发展。针对当前高校校园文化建设中存在的不足进行分析,提出在校园和谐文化建设中强化传统文化教育、思想品德教育和心理健康教育等举措,营造和谐的师生关系、同学关系,促进校园和谐文化建设。
Harmony is the basis of a stable campus,the essence of campus culture as well as the core of cultural construction in colleges and universities.The teacher-oriented and student-centered management and education mode determines that we must strengthen the management of higher education teaching to enhance of students＇ cultural literacy to promote a comprehensive development of students.Based on the analysis of the disadvantages in the current construction of campus culture,this article proposes several measures such as to strengthen the education of traditional culture,ideological and moral education and mental health education to create a harmonious teacher-student,student-student relationship as well as to promote the construction of a harmonious campus culture.
