摘要
校园文化是一种特殊的群体文化,是社会文化系统中的子系统或子文化。高职校园文化与"以人为本"两者之间存在着特殊而又密切的关系。在校园物质文化、校园制度文化和校园精神文化建设中,都应充分体现"以人为本"的思想,为高职教育的发展提供必要的支持。
Campus culture is one kind of peculiar group culture,and it is also a subsystem or subculture of the social culture system.The relationship between campus culture and ＂taking people as a dominant factor＂ is special and close.In the construction of campus material culture,institutional culture and spiritual culture,the idea of ＂taking people as a dominant factor＂ should be fully reflected,and provide necessary support for the development of higher vocational education.
