摘要
高校校园和谐文化建设是和谐社会建设的必然要求,是高校文化软实力的集中体现。目前高校校园文化建设仍然存在着不可忽视的不和谐因素,加强高校校园和谐文化建设已成为一项紧迫任务。"以人为本"是和谐校园文化建设的核心;和谐人际关系是和谐校园文化建设的关键;依法治校、民主管理是和谐校园文化建设的准绳。
Harmonious Campus Culture Construction is essential to a harmonious society, and is the representation of soft power for colleges and universities. However, disharmonious factors can not be ignored. It is urgent to strengthen the harmonious campus culture. In constructing harmonious campus culture, the core is the concept of ＂People--oriented＂, the key is harmonious interpersonal relationship, and the code is managing universities legally and democratically.
