摘要
文章采用Zn(NO3)2.6H2O和氨水制备前驱物,在表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠的辅助下利用水热法在180℃条件下合成出ZnO微米哑铃.通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、能谱、紫外-可见吸收光谱等测试手段对产物结构和形貌进行研究,结果表明,该方法制备的ZnO样品纯度较高,为六边形微米哑铃状结构,边长约为2μm,高度约为3μm.最后进一步研究了ZnO微米哑铃的生长机理和光催化性能.
In this paper, zinc oxide (ZnO) microdumbbell was successfully synthesized by hydrothermal method using precursor zinc nitrate (Zn(NO3)2 · 6H2O) and ammonium hydroxide(NH3 · H20) with sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS)-assisted process at 180℃. The morphological and structural observation and crystallinity of the products grown were carried out by using X- ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer(EDS) and UV- Vis absorption spectra. The results showed that these pure products with the side length of ca. 2 μm and the height of about 3 μm is hexagonal microdumbbelllike crystal. The possible growth mechanism for ZnO microdumbbell and the photocatalytic performance of ZnO microdumbbell were studied at last.
