Study on preparation of ZAO powders and its conductivity properties

摘要 采用水相共沉淀法,在ZnCl2和AlCl3.6H2O的混合溶液中添加聚乙二醇6000,并滴加不同浓度氨水制备了ZAO前驱体,然后煅烧得到ZAO粉体。利用XRD、SEM和数显电导率仪分别对ZAO粉体的结构和物相、形貌、尺寸和导电性能进行分析,以及探讨了氨水浓度、pH值、反应温度、煅烧温度、煅烧时间对ZAO粉体导电性能的影响,得到最佳工艺参数。结果表明,ZAO粉体为六方晶系纤锌矿结构,具有良好的结晶度,颗粒呈棒状,长径比约达10,分散性良好;ZAO粉体的电导率随着氨水浓度的升高而增大,随着pH值升高而减小,随着反应温度、煅烧温度和煅烧时间增加而增大后减小,最佳电导率性能工艺参数为氨水浓度(体积比)1∶0,pH值为6,反应温度50℃,煅烧温度450℃,煅烧时间4h。 ZAO precursors were prepared by a co-precipitation process with additive of PEG-6000 from zinc chloride,AlCl3·6H2O and ammonia solution in a water bath.ZAO powders were obtained upon calcinations.The phase structure,morphology,size and conductivity of ZAO powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and digital conductivity instrument.The effects of the concentrations,pH value,reaction temperature,calcinations temperature and time on the conductivity properties of ZAO powders were discussed and the optimal technological parameters were attained.The results show that the ZAO samples are polycrystalline,well dispersed,rodlike,and the ratio of length to diameter reaches about 10,and correspond to hexagonal structure.The conductivity of ZAO samples increases with ammonia concentration increases,while decreases with pH value increases,increases and then decreases with increasing the reaction temperature or calcinations temperature and time.The optimum conductivity conditions of ZAO samples is the ammonia concentration of 1∶0,pH=6,reaction temperature of 50℃,calcinations at 450℃ for 4h.
