摘要
一维定向生长的纳米ZnO阵列具有较高的高温强度、硬度、优异的化学稳定性和物理化学特性,在气敏传感器、场发射、纳米结构染料敏化太阳能电池等方面有着广泛的应用。制备一维ZnO结构的方法多种多样,如水热法、化学气相沉积法、超声化学法等。综述并比较了一维纳米ZnO阵列的结构特点、生长机理、制备方法及其在染料敏化太阳能电池方面的应用进展和光电特性,分析了一维纳米ZnO阵列的光电传输机理及国内外研究现状、应用前景和发展趋势。
One-dimensional ZnO nanomaterials show high temperature intension, high hardness, excellent chemical stability, physical and chemical properties, have extensive applications in gas sensors, field emission and nano-structure dye-sensitized solar cells etc. Additionally, prepare one-dimensional ZnO nanomaterials have a number of methods, such as hydrothermal method, chemical vapour deposition, sonochemical preparation etc. Structural properties, growth mechanisms, preparation methods as well as the application and the optical electrical properties in dye-sensitized solar cells of the one-dimensional ZnO nanomaterials are reviewed, and the mechanism of optical-electric transformation, present research status, prospects of development trend are analyzed and introduced.
