摘要
本文应用以粉螨类为主的混合螨种制成的螨组织抗原片建立新的间接荧光抗体试验,55例肺螨病患者的阳性率为90.91%,最高滴度1:512,阳性滴度几何均值为121.11,15例阴性对照中3例显示荧光,其中最大滴度为1:8。荧光显色的螨体轮廓清晰可辨,体表呈荧光浓染,螨体抗原性较强的部位在体表、螫肢和足。同时表明本文所用的螨组织抗原片间接荧光抗体试验具有较高的敏感性和特异性,对肺螨病的辅助诊断具有一定的实用价值。
Indirect fluorescent-antibody assay (IFA)by mixed mites tissue slice antigen were established to determine the serum antibody of pulmonary acariasis.The positive rate in 55 cases was 90.91% and the geometric average value of positive titre was 98.19.of which the maximum titre was 1:512.In negative control,3 of 5 cases showed fluo- rescence in which the maximum titre was 1:8.The results showed that specific IgG due to mites antigen was produced in the serum of pulmonary acariasis patients,and the IFA by mixed mites tissue sIice antigen as a diagnestic method was sensitive and specific and have practical value of diagnosis for pulmonary acariasis.
