摘要
应用旋毛虫幼虫冰冻切片抗原IFAT检测216份旋毛虫病人血清,抗体阳性率为90.74%,发病后第1周抗体阳性率70.59%,第2周升至91.30%,有显著差异(x ̄2=6.59,P<0.025),至第3、4周分别达95.83%和100%。丝虫、日本血吸虫及包虫病人和健康人血清均为阴性反应。华支睾吸虫、并殖吸虫及囊虫病人的假阳性率分别为3.33%、22.22%及3.33%。旋毛虫幼虫抗原片在-20℃至少可保存2.5年而不丧失活性。IFAT诊断人体旋毛虫病具有较高的敏感性和特异性及良好的重复性和稳定性。
Indirect
fluorescent antibody test (IFAT)using frozen sections of Trichinella spi-ralis larvae asantigen
was applied to detect anti- trichinella antibodies in 216 sera collected frompatients with
trichinosis,with an antibody positive rate of 90.74%.When these sera were testedat different
time after onset of the disease,the antibody positive rate wasonly 70. 59%lst weekafter
onset,increased to 91.30%,95. 83%and 100%respectively in the 2nd,3rd and 4th week af-ter
onset.All sera from patients with filariasis,schistosomiasis japonica, echinococcosis
andhealthy controls were negative. The false positive rates of the patients with clonorchiasis
sinen-sis,paragonimiasis and cysticercosis were 3. 33%,22. 22%and 3. 33%,respectively.
Besides ,thefrozen sections of trichinal larvae can be stored at -20 C for at least two years and
half withoutloss of activity. The results show that IFAT is a higher sensitive,specific as well as
better re-productive and stable technique for immunodiagnosis of human trichinosis.
