摘要
文章分析了煤炭企业人力资源管理中存在的主要风险,并有针对性地提出了人力资源管理各个环节应注意的问题和风险应对策略,以期规避风险。
The paper analyzed the main risks existed in the human resources management of coal enterprises and accordantly pointed out the problems noted in each link of the human resources management and the tactics related to risk in order to evade the risks.
