摘要
企业人力资源是企业生存与发展的主体,是市场经济条件下企业取得经济效益和实现企业发展目标的重要资源。而煤炭企业人力资源管理却存在着人才结构不合理,管理技术和方法落后等一系列问题。煤炭企业应该采取提高员工整体素质、完善激励机制、吸引人才等措施以提高煤炭企业人力资源管理水平。
Corporate human resources is the enterprise survival and development of the subject,under the conditions of market economy and enterprise businesses to achieve economic development goals of important resources.The coal business is the existence of human resources management,personnel structure is irrational,management techniques and methods behind a series of problems.Coal companies should take to improve overall quality of staff,improve incentives to attract talent and other measures to improve the management of human resources of coal.
